With an MBA qualification and a strong background in business operations, he plays a key role in streamlining processes and strengthening the firm’s administrative framework.

Prior to joining the practice, he managed operations for a large optician network, successfully overseeing the launch and handover of 10 retail outlets. At the firm, he supervises multiple operational functions, ensuring seamless coordination, resource optimization, and smooth day-to-day functioning that supports sustained growth and performance.

Ar. Raashi Chavan is a young and dynamic designer with over five years of professional experience, bringing a thoughtful and context-driven approach to architecture. She believes that spaces are more than mere structures—they are vessels of emotion, culture, and history, shaped by the people who inhabit them

Her experience spans from the restoration of heritage buildings to the design of luxury residences and estates, allowing her to develop a strong sensitivity toward detail, materiality, and context. With a keen eye for balance between functionality and narrative, she approaches each project with the belief that every element within a space has a story and her role is to ensure those stories are meaningfully expressed.

Ms. Rashmi Mehta has been the financial backbone of Deepak Mehta Architects since its inception, bringing over 38+ years of experience and unwavering commitment to the firm. Her long-standing association has played a pivotal role in establishing financial discipline and operational stability across the organization.

As Finance Director, she oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, accounts, compliance, and overall financial planning. Her meticulous approach and deep understanding of the firm’s functioning ensure efficient resource management and long-term financial sustainability.

Beyond finance, she has been instrumental in managing key administrative functions, supporting the firm’s growth through consistent oversight and strong organizational control. Her dedication and all-encompassing involvement continue to be a cornerstone of the firm’s success.
